Job Description Summary
Authentifield is a program that leverages spectroscopic analysis to accelerate the detection and reporting of falsified medicines. Deployed in 67 countries with a community of 160+ end users, reflects commitment to protecting patients worldwide. 

The Authentifield Project Manager ensures the continuity, sustainability, and operational readiness of the solution, while driving strategic engagements and governance frameworks.

In this role, the individual acts as a central coordinator, leading collaboration between cross-functional teams, including the Business Community and Communications & Engagement teams, while managing critical relationships with the Steering Committee and other key stakeholders. The role requires deep familiarity with falsified medicines issues, and strong operational and strategic acumen to support scalable digital solutions and leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Authentifield solution front-end operations leadership:
o Coordinate collaboration between the Business Community, Communications teams, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
o Provide oversight of front-end operations, including compliance tracking and country certifications, while collaborating with the Legal team as needed.
o Support annual updates to Authentifield training materials to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Governance coordination and strategic reporting
o Ensure governance excellence by serving as Secretary to the Steering Committee, preparing impactful updates for stakeholders, and reporting key program metrics (KPIs) to support effective monitoring and alignment with organizational targets.
o Lead the Governance & Reporting Workstream preparing and supporting the preparation of program presentations for senior leadership, ensuring strategic focus, impactful messaging, and visibility across key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder engagement with deployment focus
o Responsible for guiding the appropriate balance of hybrid engagement with different models (mandatory/voluntary) to ensure optimal timeliness and quality of authentication, with a steady volume of activities in ongoing operations.
o Act as an ambassador internally and externally, presenting and promoting Authentifield to all communities, while supporting the collaboration of the Global Head of Anti-Falsified Medicines with external stakeholders to enhance the program’s reach and impact.
o Collaborate with DD&IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into Authentifield workflows and operational processes.

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analytics and/or product security within pharmaceutical environment, IT, or related fields.
• Proven familiarity and knowledge of falsified medicines issues, particularly in global settings.
• Experience supporting integration of digital solutions into existing workflows and acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Passionate and enthusiastic individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to simultaneously coordinate several projects involving a multitude of internal and external stakeholders
• Full English business proficiency, French is a plus. Additional languages will be considered
