Operational Excellence - Associate Expert

The Junior Analyst will support the Operations Excellence team by maintaining resource data, updating visualizations, and supporting the development of new tools. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of resource information and assisting in the preparation of reports and visualizations using tools like PowerBI.

Job Description:
Major Accountabilities:
• Maintain, review, and update resource data in Horizon, Power BI, its source data, and Resource Cockpit (RC) and other relevant systems.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of visualizations and reports for management review.
• Identify and address data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Support the Operations Excellence team in the execution of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates of resource information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to monitor resource data trends and report deviations.
• Aid in generating and refining new reporting tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
• Experience in data management, project management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Excel, MS Project, and data visualization tools like PowerBI.

Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.

Languages:
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $65 - $70/Hour/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12-month
