The Director Innovation Lab, Customer Success & Business Operations sits within the US Innovation Lab (iLab), a part of the Marketing Technology Product Management team. In this 
role, you will join a highly innovative and intrapreneurial group focused on accelerating innovation to create customer-centric solutions that deliver impact. With a deep passion for innovation, you will serve as the iLab resident SME for developing strong business processes 
and supporting the development of strong capabilities for execution across our prioritized emerging technologies verticals aligned to our Innovation Model and Framework

The Director Innovation Lab, Customer Success & Business Operations will be accountable to provide strong connectedness with our internal customers and other key stakeholders, as well as our external partners to realize business impact. The person in this role will execute on strategies that create the environment for successful experimentation, adoption, and value realization of our remit, embedding the discipline of innovation across the enterprises Enablers and Practitioners of Innovation as a science. You will partner with other iLab team members to lead change management, business transformation, Innovation Immersive 
events and other critical activities.

You will possess strong marketing expertise as well as innovation and new and emerging tech, demonstrated presentation creation and communication skills, both written and oral, to educate and nurture innovation competency and upskilling across iLab. You will thrive in ambiguity with a passion for innovation, problem-solving and the discipline of innovation to deliver business impact. The Director Innovation Lab, Customer Success & Business Operations will be responsible for partnering with the Director, Content Assets Delivery to clearly define and communicate how the iLab operates on a day-to-day basis to maximize value creation for the organization and create seamless ways of working across functions. The ability to build collaborative work relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, including Marketing Strategists, CXPO, Content Lab, MarTech PM, DDIT, and UX and other internal and external partners is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Leads iLab maturation ambition including uptake and embeddation of innovation model 
and framework across the enterprise, and upskilling/competency-building for iLab associates
• Implements and communicates a consistent change management methodology to accelerate experimentation across iLab verticals, user satisfaction, and business value & 
supports cross-functional team collaboration, and leads adoption to scale
• Collaborates with Business Research Analyst and other stakeholders to enable & measure program KPIs, leading & lagging indicators, adoption and customer satisfaction KPIs; ensures output huddles across iLab to drive insights and opportunity generation
• Participates in shaping vertical strategies and metrics based on customer insights 
gleaned from the work
• Partners with Content Assets Delivery Manager to shape iLab content/comms strategy
aligned to innovation strategy and objectives 
• Enables and monitors iLab execution WoW aligned to Innovation Model and Framework 
for all Programs/Projects
• Collaborates with Agile Coach to ensure adherence to agile principles in program execution & iLab WoW
• Works closely with iLab governance director to ensure innovation practice adheres to all guidance and risk management requirements
• Works with iLab leader and other stakeholders to increase knowledge bank around the 
discipline of innovation, with heavy focus team upskilling with a demonstrated understanding and proficiency as a team competency
• Supports and/or manages iJamm! & iFair and other key events
• Supports partnership management / vendor onboarding & MSA/SoWs in collaboration
with Finance & Procurement and other relevant SPOCs

Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, innovation, customer success, startups, business operations, tech, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience defining and embedding processes and ways of working 
within teams that have increased team effectiveness
• Minimum 3 years marketing ops and emerging tech
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word skills, proficient with Excel and other Microsoft and business applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for innovation
• Ability to work in ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of quick starts, abrupt reprioritization
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence all levels of organization toward 
a defined common objective
• Experience as part of an effective innovation lab, mar-tech, start up, or technology organization or implementation partner, driving performance and enabling effective customer 
engagement and marketing activities 
• Experience working in or with Innovation Labs, or multi-functional experience in 
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries preferred 
• Acts as a change agent, with relevant experience in transforming the businesses through collaboration and partnership
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance privacy and legal guardrails and policies
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders and teams including risk management, marketing stakeholders, DDIT, MarTech, Data Analytics, Procurement, Communications, etc.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, with a comfort in the ambiguous, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid, required)
Pay Rate: $102 - $135/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12-month
