Project Coordinator
• Coordinate project construction, installation, qualification and operationalizaiton activities in line with the target completion dates of the project.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to refine the list of activities scheduled and maintain the best possible granularity in the schedule.
• Ensure project activities are tracked towards completion and prepare progress reports
• Engage various stakeholders on a routine basis to ensure they are in line with the activities planned and resolve inconsistencies (if any).
• Routine measurement of adherence to the schedule of activities by different teams.
• Escalation of potential issues that may arise from time to time during the execution of project activities and collaborate with the cross-functional teams towards resolution.
• Be the go-to person in case of requests to add / edit / delete project schedule of activities.
Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-5 years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $27.32 - $34.71/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 6-month
