MCI Specialist
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced MCI Specialist to join our team. As a MCI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using the MCI platform to meet our clients' marketing analytics needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and marketing analytics objectives.
Analyze client data sources, data structures, and data workflows to identify opportunities for leveraging MCI's capabilities.
Design end-to-end data integration and visualization solutions using the MCI platform to meet client-specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into product specifications and user stories.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for MCI and maintain an in-depth understanding of its latest features, functionalities, and best practices.
Stay updated on marketing analytics trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into MCI implementations.
Educate and train clients, end-users, and internal teams on the effective use of the MCI platform and its features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
MCI Certified individual with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions in MCI platform
Strong technical skills, including expertise in data integration, data transformation, and data visualization.
Familiarity with marketing analytics principles, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective MCI solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
