The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the daily operational management of wholesaler, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies trading partners to ensure continuous product supply. This role requires strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams including Trade Operations, Finance, Market Access, Supply Chain/Distribution, external Distributors, among others.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate inventory and channel performance to identify outliers, track service levels, and optimize inventory to fulfill patient demand.
Manage core order management functions related to inventory and channel analytics, distributor orders monitoring, and internal / external audits.
Maintain standard operating procedures as they relate to order management process and adherence to all Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls pertaining to order release, credit issuance and contract adherence.
Oversee Internal and External (InteGrichain) customer and data tables are maintained to manage daily order review and release in accordance with contract terms.
Lead the onboarding of 852/867 Electronic Data Interface (EDI) data transactions related to Direct/Indirect inventory data agreements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective testing and validation of new applications, changes, and enhancements to core order management support systems.
Develop and improve trade analytics for stakeholders, including but not limited to, Finance, Accounting, and Market Access.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree required; subject area in finance, IT or business preferred.
2+ years of experience in Finance, IT, information management, or data analytics.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of database applications, SAP, Distribution platform a premium.
Strong data analysis and system skills. Excellent knowledge of PC based software programs with outstanding Excel skills, understanding of systems and system interdependencies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with solid business acumen. Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner. Must be able to clearly document and communicate complex information; communicate business requirements and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on utilizing business processes and technology to solve business problems. Motivated self-starter adept in identifying issues with the ability to multitask.
Ability to think strategically and support innovation and agility around proactive risks identification and mitigation.
Ability to effectively and discreetly maintain and manage confidential information.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid) - Open to Remote~
Pay Rate:$40-$59/hour based on qualifications and experience(W-2/only)
Contract: 12 months
