About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the migration of critical documentation from our legacy NAMS application into our new Mosaic platform. This role is essential to ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency as we transition to the new system.

Our team has developed an AI mapping tool that automates a significant portion of the conversion. However, we require a dedicated resource to manually transcribe, validate, and enter the AI-generated outputs into Mosaic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe legacy license protocols from NAMS into Mosaic using outputs from our AI mapping tool.
  • Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of all transcribed content.
  • Work through documents site-by-site (SD, EM, CM, BS) following the structured migration plan.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify documentation requirements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain high-quality data standards throughout the migration process.

Strategic Value:

This role directly supports a key organizational initiative by:

  • Ensuring a clean, high-quality data migration.
  • Enabling smoother onboarding of users to the new Mosaic platform.
  • Accelerating the retirement of the legacy NAMS system.
  • Helping the team deliver the initiative on schedule.

Success Criteria:

  • Full migration of all sites from NAMS to Mosaic by end of July.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical or scientific content.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage long-form, repetitive documentation tasks.

Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Role type: Onsite
Required start date: 1 April 2026
Contract: ~5 months
