Brand Producer, Video Production – Center of Excellence

The Producer plays a key role in executing creative and operational workflows across select high-impact brands within the Video  Center of Excellence. Embedded within the Centralized Asset Services Team (CAST), this role follows established production processes and playbooks to ensure compliance, content quality, and operational efficiency. The Producer works closely with Production Business Managers to deliver video content that aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives.

With 5 years of experience in video production and creative operations, the Producer manages projects from concept through delivery, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution.

Functioning as the central authority for all video content across assigned brands, the Producer ensures fiscal transparency, creative alignment, and seamless coordination of internal and external production resources. This integrated approach drives operational excellence, eliminates fragmentation, and ensures every asset delivers on brand, quality, and strategic intent.

Key Responsibilities
Execute production workflows and follow established frameworks and playbooks developed by senior producers and leadership.
Serve as a production contact for assigned brand teams, managing day-to-day video/photo production needs.
Collaborate with Marketing Strategists and the Content Lab to support strategy and creative execution.
Manage internal video projects from briefing through delivery, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources under guidance from senior team members.
Closely Partner with Production Business Management to ensure appropriate oversight of productions on assigned brands.
Support external bidding, vendor coordination, and production logistics.
Assist in asset planning to support reuse and maintain consistency across media types.
Ensure production partners adhere to brand objectives and creative standards.
Identify and support cross-brand production efficiencies as directed.
Track and report on performance metrics related to delivery timelines, cost, and quality.
Stay informed on video production technologies and trends, applying best practices as appropriate. Support remote productions and forthcoming avatar or other AI based models.
Contribute to a collaborative and accountable production team culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in video production, creative operations, or project management within in-house agencies, studios, or marketing departments.
Experience managing creative agencies, production vendors, and production workflows.
Solid understanding of brand storytelling, social media content, and multimedia production.
Familiarity with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, budgeting software, and project management platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies included distributed editorial teams.
Experience supporting financial oversight and vendor coordination in a matrixed organization.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid 3-5 days - as needed)
Pay Rate: $75-$85/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 6-month
