Project Manager - MST (Medical Strategy Team)

Think Tank (specific) Project:
• Oversee end-to-end execution from planning through post-event reporting, ensuring no delays or gaps
• Manage logistics for a complex event in NJ for ~70 attendees, including 50+ HCPs (venue, travel, accommodations, onsite needs) while maintaining compliance
• Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and budget adherence with vendors
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment by collecting CVs and supporting contracting
• Drive disciplined planning and resource allocation to optimize timelines and support strategic priorities like the ianalumab launch

Requirements:
Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree required

Skills
• 5-7+ Years of project manager experience in pharma industry (Prefers Immunology or rheumatology experience who has worked in those domains)
• Manage the VAY medical project plan to monitor and track progress of critical tactical projects
• Facilitate meetings and support regular project reviews and decisions
• Coordinate communication between HQ medical, field medical, HEOR, compliance, and vendors for dedicated projects
• Handle compliance tool submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with the cross-functional team
• Provide live event support, including coordination and note-taking
• Manage post-event communications and oversight of next steps

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Remote (Prefers EST candidates), Travel 5%)
Pay Rate: $80 - $89/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12-month
