Job Description:
The company has prioritized International Commercial Excellence (ICE) as a key driver of success for our Top Markets (DE, ES, UK, FR, IT, CH, KR, JP, AU, BR, CA) and Top Brands. The 'ICE Content Insights' project aims to improve content creation and optimize campaign touchpoints. It accelerates current efforts in a phased approach for markets/brands, focusing on feedback loops, onboarding new brands and countries, and defining evolved business requirements for content insights. This role is pivotal in supporting various initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing content performance and insights through effective taxonomy and tagging and visualization in the Content and Campaign Performance Dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Manage the project delivery of Content Insights, especially expansion into new channels, new countries, enhancement backlog, and adherence to the roadmap. Own and maintain timelines & milestones for end-to-end taxonomy, tagging and dashboard readiness by market. Partner with Agency of Record, Integrated Insight, CCS Lead, Martech, Data and Insights and other stakeholders to gather inputs and update documents. Facilitate and lead key meetings & workshops in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Own and maintain a project tracker with inputs from stakeholders, including stakeholder maps, milestones, market status checklists, roadmap build, and progress checks. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders. Partner with the Omnichannel Operations lead to manage cross-functional team, maintain transparent communication and gather inputs on market demand.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the project's progress, track key performance indicators, and report on the project's status to stakeholders and the ICE Steering Committee.
Governance: Facilitate the generation of above-country level insights to improve content creation through coordination of agenda and meeting planning bi-monthly and end of sales cycle between International CCS lead and local brand leads. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of project outputs.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the team. Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize project disruptions. Understand the Company’s stakeholder landscape to escalate issues as needed.
Documentation and Handover: Ensure that the documentation and processes required for Content Insights are maintained in a central Sharepoint site. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to gather updates around taxonomy updates, tagging process revisions, data and platform updates.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Change Request Management: Coordinate with Martech to finalize the country training plans, and coordinate inputs for dashboard finalization. Coordinate business and tech readiness and manage taxonomy attributes and values.
Deliverables:
• ICE Transformation Roadmap: Create the roadmap for the future of Content Insights
• Training and Documentation: Finalize the Wave 1 and 2 training plans and provide necessary documentation and inputs for dashboard finalization
Qualifications:
• Clear and effective communication for conveying project goals, expectations, and feedback to team members and stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and project requirements.
• Strong decision-making, influencing and problem solving skills
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Keeping detailed records of project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring all project materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Preferred Skills:
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms (e.g. Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo) and processes.
• Strong understanding of content tagging and taxonomy principles.
Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Role type: Hybrid (Work from office min. 2 days per month)
Contract: 12 months
