Major Accountabilities:

  • Partners with Therapeutic Areas and specifically with marketeers, and medical leads providing thought leadership in omnichannel transformation/digital excellence, personalized customer engagement to accelerate adoption of Novartis products at the level of the best in the industry.
  • Drives effective localization of our global digital international commercial excellence and technical platforms.
  • Manages cross brand digital engagement in terms of channels, cross brand content, email marketing, SEA/SEO and social.
  • Leads Digital function and identifies new trends and customer needs, competitive strategies & the evolving technological landscape while facilitating and actively promoting best practices sharing across the company.

Leadership & Culture:

  • Drives spirit of “ONE Team” across functions, fostering collaboration and supporting TAs so achieve their objectives.
  • Coordinates and manages digital team to consistently deliver on priorities
  • Inspire people through role modelling cultural behaviors to enable the organization to transform & perform.
  • Demonstrate strong self-awareness to instill a personal growth mindset evolving to the business, customer, company’s needs.

Ideal Background:

  • University degree business or digital marketing.
  • High agility and change management skills. Strong resilience
  • Smart resource allocation skills
  • Proven track record working in complex matrix environments.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in digital/omnichannel engagement
  • Proven track record in driving impactful omnichannel engagement
  • Extremely well-developed understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platform and products

Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Role type: Onsite
Contract: until 31/12/2025
Required start date: ASAP
