Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our internal marketing production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget oversight and management, reporting, presentation skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI, and project management skills. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and impactful marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Budget Oversight and Management:
o Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing production team's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
o Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
o Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate and analyze regular reports on team performance, project progress, and budget utilization.
o Utilize tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint to create insightful and visually appealing presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
o Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Presentation and Communication:
o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations.
o Communicate complex financial and operational information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

• Project Management:
o Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Collaborate with team members and other departments to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
o Implement project management best practices and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in budget oversight and management, preferably within a marketing or production environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with experience using Power BI and/or advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Basic project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a marketing or creative production environment.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or financial management.

Workload: 80 - 100%
Role type: Remote/Hybrid (min. 1-2 times per month at the office)
Contract: 6-12 months
Required start date: ASAP
