Associate - Data Science

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Devise and execute digital innovation and data solutions that encourage strategic decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency in the CGT organization.
• Translate complex datasets into clear technical and non-technical reports for various stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
• Automate manual processes and procedures, and create self-service tools for routine reports to minimize turnaround time.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, ongoing reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions.
• Improve customers' experience through implementation of appropriate data solutions to identify customer behaviors, needs, and preferences.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business data management
• Curious and continuous improvement mindset with technical aptitude to adapt and learn new technologies
• Digital, data management, visualization and analytics experience highly preferred (Microsoft Power Platform expertise).

Desirable:
• Ability to work well across a matrix organization with strong collaboration skills to internal and external stakeholders and operate independently in ambiguity and adapt easily to change
• Strong operational, organizational track record
• Strategic mindset, ability to convey key insights from data analytics clearly and concisely

Location: Montreal, CAN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $29 - $40.38/hour based on experience and qualifications 
Contract: 7 months
