Portfolio Manager
Major accountabilities & key activities

Coordinate portfolio reviews at global RX level as needed
Coordinate decision-making forums (e.g. RX portfolio review, product execution portfolio council) by managing logistics with high reliability to ensure stakeholder presence and appropriate preparation incl. agenda, pre-reads, data reports, action tracker and post meeting activities such as minutes, decisions and actions are captured and published and communicated
Operate portfolio planning processes as required for the execution portfolios
Operate and evolve RX demand management process incl. tracking of progress across the demand life cycle. Ensure demand and opportunity capture with high quality across RX and report a holistic demand overview
Deliver business performance and portfolio reports to RX stakeholders incl. status reporting on RX commitments, while ensuring high data quality
Operate key master data management systems to ensure highest data quality and act as data gate keeper, by for example creating work entities in Planview according to the SPM data model, update and check Appstore data consistency
Ensure data providers enter accurate, high quality data into key master data management systems
Collaborate with OE functions to guarantee alignment with portfolio management and business performance processes, specifically on existing interfaces and dependencies
Operate internal governance processes, while ensuring timely and targeted communication and follow up.
Actively collect feedback from teams participating in and benefiting from RX Portfolio management process and work towards balance of agility and discipline for continuous improvement

Key performance indicators
Strategy and Portfolio Management owned processes work smoothly and reliably.
Dashboards and reports are based on high quality, accurate data
RX leaders have easy access to information and insights provided by SPM that is needed to make decisions within their scope of empowerment
Processes are well documented, clear and adopted for users to provide data in an adequate burden-less way, while being able to influence improvements
Commitments and decisions are published and accessible
Data flows are integrated across OE functional systems while teams are aligned and collaborate effectively
RX continuously drives to lean and adaptive portfolio management processes through regular process review/feedback.
Targets on customer satisfaction and process efficiency are met

Required core skills and capabilities:
The ideal candidate demonstrates the following skills and capabilities:
Ability to work in cross-functional teams along with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
The candidate must have sound judgment, be well organized with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
Must be able to handle several projects in parallel and follow through on expectations, with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, proactive in anticipating needs and thinking beyond the guidelines provided.
Able to work independently and contribute as an effective team member.
Accuracy, attention to data quality and adherence to deadlines is essential.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in technology, engineering or life sciences or equivalent experience demonstrated
Formal training in project/program and/or portfolio management
5+ years of experience working in a high paced global environment in an operational role supporting technical leaders and teams (senior L5)
Proven capability interacting and collaborating with leaders, managers and teams in a complex matrix organization. Understanding stakeholder management and governance frameworks.
Understanding of IT organizations and portfolio management
Experience with various project/portfolio management tools
Fluent business English, German is a plus
Ability to travel 10%

Location: Cambridge, MA(Onsite)
Pay Rate:$67.85-$85.70/hour based on qualifications (W-2/only)
Contract: 7+ months
