The Content Enablement Team vision is to enable, by 2025, a seamless ecosystem which makes finding, creating, managing, and publishing content a competitive advantage for Novartis.

This is to be achieved via three core objectives:
• Building the Next Generation FUSE by creating an efficient content journey with a simplified process and improving speed to market.
• Enabling reusability of content across Novartis.
• Empowering Novartis associates and partners to focus on innovating impactful experiences for external customers.

The Senior Data Analyst works with Content Enablement business & IT stakeholders and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and improving the overall product performance. The primary responsibility will be to identify and analyze large datasets, extract valuable insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the product's features, functionalities, and user experience.

Duties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT, and Prod-uct success, to identify key metrics and define data requirements for product de-velopment and enhancement.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that pro-vide valuable insights into user behavior, product usage and adoption, and over-all product performance.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to track the product's performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support experiments to measure the impact of product changes and guide deci-sion-making.
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast user behavior and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to make informed decisions about product strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, product analytics, and data visualization, and apply them to enhance the product team's capabilities.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred 

Experience/Professional requirements:
1. 10+ year of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
3. Experience with Power BI and Qlik sense (additional similar tools are a plus) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
4. Familiarity with prototyping and experimentation frameworks.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify actionable insights from data.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
8. Have a discovery and growth mindset.
9. Commitment to lead on Novartis defined values & behaviors.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate:  $75- $115/hour
Contract: 12 months
