We are seeking a Research Scientist for the Formulation Group in BR San Diego to support preclinical formulation sciences. Your responsibilities will include in-house formulation/distribution of oliogonucleoties to R&D, and designing and conducting studies on new formulations. This position operates within a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment, so good communication, flexibility and being organized and detailed-oriented are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform chemistry formulation lab activities including formulation and concentration adjustment for R&D
Reagents preparation, database management, equipment operation and maintenance
Investigate new formulation technologies.

Qualifications
BS or equivalent degree in chemical or biological sciences with 1-5 years of industry experience required.
Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Pay Rate: $33 - $41.23/hr based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 12 months
