Procurement and R2P Analyst

This role is for an analyst to help process requisitions to payment, track approvals, monitor and recommend solutions to process issues, and interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end supplier lifecycle process for Novartis US associates supporting the Strategy and Growth team.

• Organize and archive supplier documentation for reference and audit purposes
• Provide support and troubleshooting for supplier enablement, purchase orders, and transactional data (orders, receipts, invoices) to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with the analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation of business process improvements
• Assists with development of communications/ education information for internal customers
• Monitor and improve supplier enablement processes through data analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
• Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
• Expertise and knowledge on end-to-end Supplier lifecycle
• Ability to quickly learn business processes, strategies and organization structure
• Ability to assess and vet requests for potential fraud, protecting the security and integrity of financial transactions
• Knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay processes
• Proficiency for using electronic procurement & contracts tools such as SAP Ariba and customized tools for invoice payments
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Clear and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to track history and troubleshoot process issues
• Self-starter who takes initiative to identify and provide solutions to process and knowledge gaps
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
• High School Degree or Higher, Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role (procurement to supplier payment experience strongly preferred)

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid role or Remote Role - open to both)
Pay Rate:$34 - $41.43/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 only)
Contract: 6+ months
