Business Change Manger

Novartis is embarking on a large business transformation program that will bring significant changes to ways of working in multiple functions in the coming years. It will require us to reallocate work dynamically, stand up new capabilities and mobilize new teams, while keeping our people focused on business continuity and ensuring that all associates are treated with respect through this journey and have the information they need when they need it. We are looking for someone to take a holistic and rigorous change management approach leveraging experience with automation and offshoring.

This is a hands-on role, where you will be accountable for several functions, developing a change strategy and executing all activities from change stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, creating and executing change, comms and learning plans, role mapping etc.

This role will report into the global Organization Development team but will work day to day with the Program team and key stakeholders in the US.

Essential skills required:
• Business change management
• Hands-on experience of all change activities
• Strong stakeholder management
experience designing and implementing operating models
• Able to travel to when required


Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate:$84.43-100.00/hour based on qualifications and experience(W-2/only)
Contract: 18 months
