Director Data Science
What you’ll be doing:

• Integrated data and research then analyze related to consumer behavior, segmentation, behavior shifts, market trends, and closed loop campaign performance.
• Responsible to gather, prep, mine and format customer information and data to analyze for meaningful insights and recommends.
• Develop and maintain models that predict market dynamics, consumer behavior, shape segments, understand campaign performance, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate to deliver closed loop customer impact and behavior change insights.
• Analysis business performance, brand position, and marketing activities of competitors.
• Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights, shaping insights narratives that explain results and aid in more informed decisions and improved business performance.
• Shape customer and market activation playbooks for key markets that include but not limited to segmentation, accounts, KOL, A to B behavior shifts, channel mix, pre-post customer and business measurement guidance.

• Demonstrate analytical principles, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience using data to solve business questions and drive business solutions.
• Comfortable working with a team developing and presenting presentations using insights.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Self-Starter that likes complex problems and innovate solutions.
• Translates insights into stories that are actionable and meaningful.
• Effective Communication Considers the audience and communicates appropriately.
• Accountability & actively looks to offer ways to contribute during downtime.
• Creative Collaboration Builds relationships with team and contributes regularly.

Technical Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above (ideal areas of study: Business Analytics, Econometrics, Behaviors science or Marketing
• Hands on experience developing customer attributions models, sentiment analysis, behavior segmentation, campaign optimization, and sequencing recommendations.
• Professional experience in analytics and integrating insights (quant/qual) together to shape strategic recommendations.
• Hands on analytics platform experience for Adobe, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Salesforce & General BI tools

Location: East Hanover, NJ
Pay Rate: $50 - $62/hour
Contract: 6 months
