SAP Business Change Manager

Novartis is embarking on a large business transformation programme, underpinned by SAP S4/HANA. They are seeking an experienced SAP business change manager to support the transition of colleagues across 5 manufacturing and supply chain sites to the new ways of working. Each site is setup differently, some already using legacy SAP, where others are completely new to SAP.

This is a hands-on role, where you will be accountable for OCM across the full US Operations scope, executing all deliverables of the OCM methodology, from change impact assessments, creating and executing change, comms and learning plans, role mapping, learning execution, Super Users etc.

This role will report into the US Operations Program Lead and supported by the Global OCM team.
You must be able to travel to east and west coast sites, when required.

Essential skills required:
• Business change manager on ERP (ideally SAP) transformations
• Essential to have manufacturing and supply chain knowledge
• Hands-on experience of all OCM deliverables, CIA, change and comms planning, Super Users, Learning execution (including classroom scheduling), role mapping
• Strong stakeholder management
• Able to travel to different manufacturing sites on the east and west coast, when required

Nice to have:
• Org design experience
• Pharma experience
• 5+ years related experience
• change management or psychology or business all nice to have 

Location: East Hanover, NJ - Remote with requirement of frequent travel to manufacturing sites
Pay Rate: $84.43-$109.65/hour
Contract: 6+ months
