ERP Analyst, Cell and Gene

This position is responsible to support and optimize SAP solutions for CAR-T Cell and Gene manufacturing and IT systems for the Morris Plains production facility.
• Provide operational support of SAP manufacturing, quality, logistics processes and SAP-MES integration for the efficient, effective and reliable operation for all stakeholders.
• Train and build the Super User community network for better operational support
• Provide user input for the design of system functionality, test cases and business scenarios
• Work closely with Global teams to implement global solutions at production facility
• Ensure that the systems supporting the process are in compliance with Novartis standards
• Ensure overall alignment within technical solution and teams
• Maintain close working relationships with site cross functional teams
• Support the operational change control process
• Interface with external vendors to make sure that business needs are met

Minimum requirements
Education

Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other Life Sciences/engineering.

Languages:
Fluent in English

Experience:
At least 3 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (including a detailed knowledge of BPO Processes, GxP, Compliance Regulations);
Comprehensive experience in commissioning and start-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants;
Strong customer and supplier relationship management experience;
Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company;
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Good verbal, written and communication skills.

Location: Morris Plains, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite at Morris Plains, NJ: 2 days remote); work day is 8am-5pm Monday -Friday; as needed weekend/holiday/off-hours support may be required
Pay Rate: $40.35 - 52.59​/hour
Contract: Approx 6 months
