Payroll Accountant
• Prepare journal entries surrounding Payroll Operations (weekly payroll runs, bonus payments, severance/retention payments)
• Perform account reconciliations over areas noted above
• Prepare payroll runs for US and Canada operations (Blue Marble and Paylocity)
• Prepare 401k and 5500 Audit
• Perform RRSP contributions
• Perform tasks associated with year end reporting (W-2, T-4) for US and Canadian associates
• Ad-hoc requests as needed
Required:
at least 5 years experience in a Payroll processing role with General Ledger experience in Great Plains and Payroll experience with Blue Marble and Paylocity
experience with processing Canadian payroll.
Minimum degree –
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
Pharma experience preferred
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $46 - $60/hour
Contract: 6 months
