Program Manager

 Attributes; CAT Project:
 Proven ability to synthesize a complex portfolio of demands into clearly articulated and feasible scope
 Deployment of prototyping strategies to mitigate technology integration risk
 Adept at managing multiple vendors, with agendas that may not be completely parallel
 Competence with integrated planning across multiple groups and global regions
 Comfort with the requirements and technologies surrounding content management
 Skill at enthusiastically and convincingly lobbying for the program value proposition across the enterprise
 Ability to parse signal from noise, maintaining focus on what matters in a chaotic environment
 
 PROGRAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
 ------------------------------------------------------
 Attributes; Senior Program Manager:
10+ years of experience managing large, multi-disciplinary, global programs
Focus on change management as a component of technology adoption
Ability to organize multiple teams around an aligned vision and integrated plan inclusive of Agile and waterfall approaches
Deft management of stakeholders with different agendas and points of view
Maniacal attention to program details with the ability to synthesize and communicate those details succinctly
Expertise herding multiple vendors, each with its own agenda, in support of unified program goals
Adept at organization of scope across multiple workstreams, as well as delegation of authority to workstream project leaders
Maintenance of adequate operational transparency to ensure continued stakeholder comfort
Talent for representing program status and challenges to senior leadership
Ability to solve tactical problems through creation of scalable process-based solutions
Bias for action

Attributes; Novartis:
Comfort operating in large, loosely coupled corporate environments
Familiarity with operating in highly regulated industries
Specific experience with life sciences businesses
Comfort operating in a hybrid work environment

Location: Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ (In office as needed)
 Pay Rate: $114.49-200.00/hour
Contract: 6 months
