In planning for 2024, in the month(s) ahead, we anticipate hiring for this role:
Senior Accountant
• Prepare journal entries surrounding Fixed Assets, Leases, Prepaids, Cash, Intercompany, Allocations, Account Payable Accrual, Benefits, Clinical Trial Accruals
• Perform account reconciliations over areas noted above
• Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analyses over areas noted above
• Prepare Purchase Order Analysis (GR/IR gap analysis) and meet with business to determine quarterly accruals
• Previous General Ledger reporting experience including running reports and ad-hoc analysis (Great Plains, Coupa would be a plus)
• Cash Balance Weekly Reporting
• Ad-hoc requests as needed
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in a General Accounting role with General Ledger experience in Great Plains
Minimum degree - Bachelors in Accounting
Pharma experience preferred
Location: Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ
Pay Rate: $47 - $64/hour
Contract: 12 months
