M&A IT Project Manager for data migration
Job Description:
5 years in Pharma & 5 years PM experience, very proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Minimum of a bachelor's degree is nice to have. PMP is nice to have
o As a member of the RX M & A IT project management team, the Project Manager will
effectively deliver M&A and BD&L projects in a dynamic environment that embraces
change
o Lead global cross-functional managerial, business and technical teams through
successful project delivery, on time and within budget, and at the quality level required
o Enable the M&A IT project teams to secure the deal value for BR-relevant integration
projects
o Proactively manage the projects’ risks and issues, resolving each promptly or escalating
as needed to limit impact on project delivery
o Develop and manage M&A IT project roadmaps, ensuring each project lifecycle
is in alignment with the relevant project management approach while meeting all
governance requirements
o Facilitate collaborative decision making within RX across all Novartis line
functions involved in integration projects
o Ensure compliance with the relevant project management framework as required per
project
o Ensure full compliance with GxP requirements for all relevant areas of the program
o Ensure adherence to Novartis global Information Security and Quality standards and
policies for all products/services
o Ensure Regulatory Compliance (e.g. GLP & GCP) standards and policies for GxP
products/services
Key Skills & Experience:
o Project Management:
Minimum of 5 years' experience with cross-organizational
global technical teams
o Data Migration:
Experience with data migration processes, particularly with
unstructured data.
o Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of File Share Services, ECM, and other
relevant technologies. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
o Compliance:
Knowledge of compliance requirements related to data migration.
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Remote Considered)
Pay Rate: $85.71 - 103.57 based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 18-month
