Job Purpose
Provide efficient role specific knowledge management to GCO associates. Continuously implement innovative learning technology to increase learner experience and learning content retention. Maximize utilization of LMS functionalities to increase quality of learning, audit and inspection readiness and improve learner experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Onboard innovative learning technology solutions to enhance learner experience.
  • Leverage technologies to enhance learning efficiency and learners’ uptake and retention.
  • Content built and continuously improve content GCO knowledge management platform.
  • Manage vendor-training curricula; liaise with GCO vendor management.
  • Collaborate with NOLI and other stakeholders to leverage efficient utilization of LMS (e.g. UP4G/NC/external LMS)
  • Accountable for GCO / DQT curricula management in LMS (role and trial).
  • Support Non-GxP tools & tech training (e.g. from BITS).
  • Responsible for Bite Sized Learning Factory
  • Liaise with learning vendors and internal learning design groups to create learning material in the most efficient manner (time and cost).
  • Oversee learning vendor performance for GCO.
  • Optimize technical support for learning needs analysis, compliance reports and effectiveness checks.
  • Create optimal learning material (instructor led trainings; Web-Based-Training, games, videos, infographics....) according to adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Supports audit & inspection preparation for mandatory training requirements.
  • Participates in and/or leads multidisciplinary teams to support continuous learning technology improvement.
  • Partner with NOLI, LMS support groups, DQT and external and internal learning vendors.
  • Partner with vendor management on vendor training and training material.
  • Support PTC Tech Head in rolling out comms on Harbor (Knowledge Management system) as the preferred channel for GCO
  • Represent the Knowledge Management / Harbor communication area in the GCO Knowledge Board
  • Manage Harbor as a GCO comms channel, setting the expectations, scheduling and demonstrating best practice
  • Set the strategy and change management for transition of communications from functional/team email channels and newsletters into Harbor
  • Work with Learning Managers to assist in the communication of content migration from function/team SharePoint sites into Harbor
  • Liaise with GCO comms contributors to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals
  • Upskill authors/curators in communications best practice
  • Document ‘how to’ guides for best practice (eg, embedding videos, adding images, formatting)

Education: 

  • Scientific University degree. Experience in communication is more crucial than the educational background.
